Town Hall 12 Base Upgrade takes around 4d 6h  time and cost 6M Gold. When you reach Town Hall 12. Max Hero Upgrade Levels are listed below:

1. Barbarian King level 65
2. Archer Queen Level 65
3. Grand Warden Level 40

Unlock 2 new troops Yeti and Head Hunter at Town Hall 12.

Yeti can deal good amount of damage and spawn yetimites that can jump and cause damage to near by defenses. Use Yeti in CC to take down town hall with a rage spell.

Headhunter takes out enemy heroes down quickly with prejudice.

Place workshop to unlock Siege Machines which is special weapon that can be cooked in workshop and will be useful to carry your clan castle troops. 

With every workshop level you get new siege. For instance workshop level 1 unlocks Wall Wrecker.Level 2 unlocks Battle Blimp and Level 3 will unlock Stone Slammer.

It is crucial that you get these siege for CC donation.
