If you're at TH12 there are 6 attack strategies that are especially good for clan war.
Electro Dragons: This strategy uses mass Electro Dragons to attack enemy base. It's a good strategy because Electro Dragons can target multiple buildings at once with lightning chain attacks. Use some Rage spells along with Freeze Spells to increase damage that Electro Dragons do and freeze air defenses as soon as they engage with air troops.
LavaLoon: This strategy uses Lava Hounds and Balloons to attack enemy base. Lava Hounds soak up damage while Balloons target defensive buildings. This can be good strategy because Balloons can do a lot of damage quickly. Use Rage and Freeze spells to help balloons do more damage.
Queen Walk: This strategy involves sending your Archer Queen around outside of enemy base to take out some of defenses. This can make it easier for your main troop attack to be successful. Use some other troops to distract the enemy defenses while the Queen is attacking.
Hog Riders: This strategy uses Hog Riders to attack enemy base. Hog Riders can jump over walls which can be useful if enemy base has wall compartments. Use heal spells to keep hog riders alive.
Miners: This strategy uses Miners to attack enemy base. Miners can tunnel underground to avoid defenses which can be helpful if enemy base has lot of strong defenses. Use some Heal spells to keep Miners alive.
Pekka Smash: This strategy uses Pekkas and some other troops to attack enemy base. Pekkas are strong and can do lot of damage however they're slow. Use Wall Breakers to break through enemy walls and some rage spells to help pekkas do more damage.

Best TH13 Army Composition.
Hybrid attack: Hog riders and the miners. Create funnel before you deploy queen to send queen where you want. Take down eagle artillery, CC troops, Enemy queen and town hall with queen walk. Clear sides before you send miners so hybrid goes to middle
QC lava Loon: Look out base and figure out where you can create pathing and value. Make sure to queen walk and take down inferno towers.
Hero Dive LavaLoon: Create pathing for lava loon all the way to the town hall. Use golems to tank.
Super pekka smash: Use battle blimp to fly into the section of base. Take down major defenses like inferno or scattershots. Make sure you path into key areas.
Blizzard Dragons: Use invisibility spell just before you pop battle blimp. Use a Rage spell and Invisibility every 4 seconds. Lure those CC out and now you can easily create funnels.
Dragons should have a easy ride. Send royal champion along with dragon.
Mass Electro Dragon Attack: Use Electro Dragons with Rage and Freeze air defenses. Timing is important for freeze spells and Use Rage spells at core area when army engages with defenses like scattershots, giga inferno etc.
Mass Dragon Attack Strategy: Use lightning/ Zap spells to take down atleast 2x air defenses. 2x Zap spells plus 1x earthquake spell should take down one air defense.
Send all dragons in a horizontal or vertical line use hast spells when they get closer to town hall and then freeze town hall.
You can always use a earthquake spell in your cc along with poison spell to defeat cc troops.
