Town hall 14 drops a poison when destroyed and deals damage, slows down enemy attacks and movement speed.

New pet house unlocked. Build Pethouse and with each upgrade level you get new pet upto 4 levels Assign pet to your heroes. Mighty Yak works well with Barbarian King. Electro owl with Grand Warden L.A.S.S.I works well with Royal Champion and Unicorn can heal Archer queen.

Upgrade builder huts upto level 4. As long as builder hut is up near defenses it will attempt to repair defenses during battle.
